Restaurant
There are two dining rooms: a large one that can accommodate a hundred of persons and a smaller one, which is much more intimate characterized with a dome ceiling with exposed brick and a fireplace. The kitchen is the crowning glory of our hotel. Chef Renato , with Andrea's help, is able to propose Piedmont’s typical dishes with attention to every detail. He is scrupulous and precise also for the fresh fish cooking and he will be able to satisfy every your requesting (reservation requested). At the same time and only for "cooking fans", we are able to propose you a “nouvelle cuisine” like a Grand Hotel (reservation requested).
Renato is also an excellent pastry cook; the cakes are daily prepared, paying attention about all details in order to satisfy both: eyes and taste.
A great wine list is to disposal to accommodate each gourmet wishing.
We are available for ceremonies lunches (120 peoples max. Reservation requested) and "theme dinners" for some periods of the year (Piedmont’s Mixed Fry, fish, crawlers, “bagna cauda”, chestnuts and mushrooms) |
